Matt Holt
Founder & CEO
In 2007, Matt set off on his real estate investment journey with the acquisition of his initial property located near San Diego State University. Since then, he has methodically grown his portfolio, procuring more than 40 properties in the surrounding area. With each purchase, Matt's dedication to increasing value was demonstrated through carefully planned renovations and property expansions.
The launch of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in San Diego in 2019 was a turning point in Matt's career. Identifying the potential for real estate development, he promptly integrated secondary units into all of his properties, acquiring priceless knowledge about the intricacies of property development.
Expanding on his achievements, Matt embarked on the acquisition of value-add apartment buildings throughout San Diego. As the ADU guidelines progressed, so did Matt's aspirations. Recognizing the potential, he is presently engaged in his most ambitious endeavor to date: managing the development of a 36-unit, six-story mid-rise building in the vibrant Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego.
